RECIPES
2 Cups Egusi (melon)
3 tbsps. Cray fish
100g pomo
75ml palm
oil
3 tbsps. fresh blend chili
150g stocked
fish
100g ugwu
leaf or bitter leaf
500g local
chicken (Cooked)
½ tsp. ukepyi seed (opt)
½ tsp. Ariwo (opt)
2 cups Chicken stock
1 tbsp. local bean (opt)
Salt to taste

- Chicken should seasoned ahead & cooked for 45min
