Banga soup is associated to the Edo, Delta, Igbo etc with all having different
fusion e.g. scent leaves, bitter leave and more.
RECIPES
½ pint palm kernel juice ( extracted
)
1 bunch saint leaf
3 tsp. banga spice
100g mixed blended habanero
1 tsp. local black pepper
400g mixed assorted beef (seasoned
and cook for 45min)
150 smoked fish
3 tbsp. Cray fish
Salt to taste
100g pomo
1½ tsp. ede
(cocoa yam pastes)
Tips
- Fresh palm kernel is preferable
- Don’t overcook, so you don’t lose the flavor
- If possible buy organic farm produce
