Nigeria.

RECIPE
Serve
500g Beef
(Cooked)
100g Smoked fish (Cleaned)
100g Smoked fish (Soaked in water)
1 tsp. Camerouna (local Black Paper
½ tsp. Dried blended chili pepper
1 tbsp. Mixed Habanero chili (Blend fresh)
200g Periwinkle (Isam)
750g Waterleaf (Sliced)
750g Afang (Blended)
2 Knorr cube
3 sp palm oil
4 tbsps. Cray fish
1
cup Beef stock
Add salt to taste
Tips
- Soak your stock fish over night
- Ensure your Afang is freshly sliced & blend
- Your green vegetable (Watermelon) must be fish & dried when buying
- Don’t overcook your waterleaf
